What Draws Us to Creative Evaluation and Engagement?: A Vlog from Inspire to Change

 Nora Murphy Johnson has a master’s degree in research methods and a PhD in Evaluation, and has worked in the field of evaluation for over 10 years. A. Rafael Johnson has a Master of Fine Arts, is a published novelist, and has worked in Liberia with USAID. Janeen Manuel holds a doctorate in Human Development, is a registered nurse, and has years of experience conducting research in public health. 

What brought these people--with such diverse backgrounds--to Creative Evaluation and Engagement (CE&E)? What did they feel was missing in their experience with traditional evaluation? This 10-minute Vlog offers a glimpse into the draw of CE&E, and how it can be implemented to build a more whole, beautiful, and just world.
