Terms and Conditions for Cohort Experience Enrollment



Welcome to our Cohort Experience enrollment page. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you read and understand them fully before signing up.


Program Overview

The Cohort Experience is designed to empower participants to develop skills and insights necessary for navigating and influencing complex systems. It focuses on strengthening capacities and cultivating conditions for effective, aligned engagement in complexity and identifying leverage points for impactful change.


Dates and Timings

  • Start Date: March 15th, 2024

  • End Date: May 10th, 2024

  • Session Schedule: Every Friday, 10am to 12pm Central Time (with a break on April 12th)

  • Total Sessions: 9


Target Audience

This program is suitable for leaders, activists, community organizers, evaluators, and changemakers across various sectors. It is led by Dr. Nora Johnson Murphy, PhD, and Vipin Thekk, MSW.


Enrollment Options

1. Standard Enrollment:

  • Fee: $950

  • Includes all course materials and post-cohort support.


2. Enhanced Enrollment:

  • Fee: $1,050

  • Includes all Standard Enrollment benefits plus two additional group office hours and a 2024 Changemaker Planner.


3. Premium Enrollment:

  • Fee: $2,500

  • Includes all Enhanced Enrollment benefits plus two group coaching sessions (to be completed by the end of 2024) and a 2024 Changemaker Planner.


Coaching Sessions (For Premium Enrollment)

  • The included coaching sessions must be completed by the end of 2024.

  • These sessions are subject to the coach's availability.

  • Sessions will not roll over into 2025.


Payment Plan

A 4-part payment plan is available, which must be completed before the end of the cohort.

Payments are due Feb 15, March 15, April, 15, and May 1, 2023


Refund Policy

  1. Full Refund: Available within seven days of registration.

  2. 50% Refund: Available until 30 days before the cohort begins.

  3. No Refund: No refunds will be issued less than 30 days before the start of the program.


General Terms

  1. Payment: Full payment or enrollment in the payment plan is required for enrollment.   

  2. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all sessions. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or made up.

  3. Materials: Course materials are provided for personal use only and are not to be distributed.

  4. Certification: Completion certificates are issued based on demonstrated engagement with the course.

  5. Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to a professional code of conduct. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the program without refund.


Intellectual Property

The content provided during the Cohort Experience is the intellectual property of Inspire to Change. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this material without giving full credit to the creator is prohibited. Full credit includes providing information that helps people find the original work. Privacy Policy

Inspire to Change respects your privacy. Personal information collected during enrollment will be used for program-related communication only.
