Research Coordinator
Remote or in-person (Minneapolis, Minnesota)
Part-time, Non-Exempt
Up to 15 hours/week @ $30/hr
The research coordinator will work in collaboration with the Lead Researcher and President of Inspire to Change to develop, implement, and maintain the project plans, including cost, resource allocation, and schedule; facilitate project planning sessions with the team and develop project schedules; defi ne project scope, tasks, lists, and schedule; coordinate communications plan with collaborators and stakeholders; conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection (e.g., ethnographic fieldwork, interviews, surveys) and analysis; writing, proofreading, and editing of presentations, protocols, and reports. Will work across multiple project components.
Qualifications

Proven experience in collaborating with team members and colleagues. Proficiency in project planning and team facilitation.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with collaborators and stakeholders. Experience in qualitative data collection methods, including ethnographic fieldwork and interviews.

Proficiency in quantitative data collection techniques, especially interviews and surveys.

Experience with transcription tools, such as Zoom and Otter.ai.

Familiarity with qualitative data analysis so ware, specifically MaxQDA.

Experience coding or theming qualitative data.

Strong analytical skills for data analysis.

Proficient writing skills for creating presentations, protocols, and reports.
Responsibilities

Clean and organize transcripts from Zoom and Otter.ai

Code and analyze data using MaxQDA

Analyze collected data.

Write presentations, protocols, and reports.

Proofread and edit presentations, protocols, and reports.

Work across multiple project components.

Attend meetings via Zoom or in-person

Write summary reports of results in Google Docs, Google Slides, and Canva as applicable

Keep the project teams informed on all relevant aspects of the study to complete the work within the expected timeframe and with the scientific rigor required

Assist in the preparation of publications for placement in journals, presentations, and other publications

Contribute to thought leadership within the organization on these topics

Communicate and interact effectively, with all key stakeholders (internally and externally) via conference calls and/or in-person meetings

Observe and/or moderate interviews as needed
