Cohort Overview:

Cohort Overview

Leading Together is a cohort experience designed to empower participants with the skills and insights necessary to navigate and influence complex systems effectively. This program delves into the art of creating alignment within diverse ecosystems, focusing on enhancing personal and collective capacities essential for meaningful engagement in multifaceted environments. Participants will engage with advanced concepts and practices that foster a deeper understanding of systemic interdependencies, helping them to identify leverage points for impactful change.

We will be looking at change across three dimensions.

Individual Transformation

Deep transformation of the world can only be done in a sustainable and scalable way when balance exists between well-being and well-doing. Collective Changemaker journeys create a brave/safe space where individual changemakers can slow down, recognize their shadows, discover emerging gifts,  and co-create ideas to prioritize their wellbeing. We do this by deepening the relational field between individuals, creating spaces of trust that enable individuals to relax into a shared field of belonging and connection.

Collective Transformation

We are living in a world of rapid change. This emerging world requires bold innovative solutions that are sourced from a paradigm deeper than the thinking mind. Einstein said it well:“You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.”  We design journeys to create deep transformative moments that enable individuals to listen for the sacred voice within themselves and in each other. From this place of ‘being’ we can source ideas for ‘doing’ that are collaborative, sustainable and anchored in new habits of wellbeing.

Ecosystemic Transformation

For true transformation to happen through non-profits, congregations, and businesses,  leaders who seek to innovate need to see the whole system within which their work exists. Our journeys enable participants to co-create and prototype solutions that create change at the level of the mindsets, behaviors, cultures and systems of their communities.  New default habits emerge which, when held in accountability with trusting peers, create the cumulative work of culture change.

Key Frameworks Covered in this Cohort Experience

The Leading Together Cohort delves into a range of interconnected topics, each building upon the last to create a comprehensive understanding of complex systems and transformative change. The curriculum is designed to blend theoretical foundations with practical application, providing a holistic view of ecosystem dynamics and strategies for impactful change.

The Leading Together Cohort Experience is rooted in two key frameworks: The Tree of Alignment Framework and the Togetherness Practice Framework. Throughout the program, participants will engage with these frameworks, integrating insights into their personal and professional contexts to foster aligned and effective engagement in complex systems.
